Vicki Whitmell, BA, MLS, has a wide range of experience and background in the library and information management community. She has managed special, academic and government libraries and a national library association, has organized and led a unique and successful fee-based outsourcing and research service, has served as a key spokesperson and advocate for the Canadian library community, has published a library journal, hosted international conferences and has provided consulting services for over a decade.

Through her companies, Whitmell & Associates and Finding Our Future Conferences, Vicki provides a wide range of services to the library and information management community including general consulting, development of forward-looking strategic plans, staff development and succession plans, executive recruitment and design of customized seminars, professional development programs and conferences.
