Whitmell & Associates assists groups and organizations by developing customized learning seminars, continuing education programmes and on and off-site retreats. Programming can include external speakers or presenters, team-building exercises and decision-making workshops. Often programmes will consist of one or more activities, leading to a greater sense of teamwork and knowledge about one another, the organization and the external community.

The focus is on involving the individual in learning and in participating in all of the activities. This results in committment to the organization and any decisions or strategies taken.
