Location

Travel options

• Via Automobile
  From Toronto - Take the 401 East, to the Wooler Rd. exit (exit 522) go south for 5.9 km to Hwy 33, Loyalist Parkway, turn right. Follow Highway # 33 (The Loyalist Parkway) to Consecon - 12.2 km. Turn left on County Rd. 1 and continue for 19.5 km (approximately 15 minutes) to Huff Estates - will be on your left.

  From Ottawa / Montreal - Take the 401 West to exit # 566 and go south on Hwy 49 to Picton. Hwy 49 will change to Hwy 33 in Picton, follow Hwy 33 through Picton to County Rd # 1 (you will see Waring House on the left). Turn right onto County Rd 1 (SCOHARIE RD). Proceed for about 11 km to the stop sign. Go through the intersection and Huff Estates is on your right.

• Via Airport Service
  Ontario Coachway provides door-to-door service to and from The Inn at Huff’s Estate to the Toronto Airport.

• Via Train
  There is regular train service from Toronto and Ottawa to Belleville. Taxis are available in Belleville to Huff’s Estates (613-393-1800).

Accommodation and Meals
Rooms have been reserved at Huff Estates for the Institute. To make your reservation contact The Inn at Huff Estates 613-393-1414. Single and double accommodation is available at room rates of $91.00 to $129.00 per night. Breakfasts are included in the room rate. The opening reception on Sunday night, breaks and lunches, and the dinner on Tuesday night, are included in the registration fee. Participants are responsible for their meal on Monday night.

Food
The menu will be chosen in advance, with as much variety as possible. Vegetarian meals will be available. Please advise in advance if you have any special requirements or allergies.

Arrival and Departure Times
If possible, please plan to arrive by 3:00 or 3:30 p.m. on Sunday as the first session begins at 4 p.m. Departure is Wednesday morning. Please make arrangements with The Inn at Huff Estates directly if you will require accommodation for any other night.
