Building upon her experience in associations in a variety of capacities: senior staff member, executive member and volunteer, Vicki Whitmell has a wealth of knowledge and skills to offer the association community. As a former executive director of Canada's national library association she is aware of the challenges facing associations and seeks to assist them as they move into a changing and often difficult future.

As Principal Consultant of Whitmell & Associates she provides a full range of administrative services allowing executive boards and members to concentrate on policy and membership activities rather than day-to-day management. These services also include developing conferences, increasing revenue generation and membership, acting as a contact with the government and the media and creating beneficial partnerships between like-minded groups and organizations.

Whitmell & Associates also provides identification and analysis of short and long-term trends and general consulting services for both established and fledgling associations.
